All appraisal assignments are not created equal and our fees reflect that. Fees start at $350.00 for a full inspection and report on an average property and go up depending on the difficulty of the assigment. Drive-by appraisals start at $250.00. Please call us to discuss your particular situation.

All appraisal assignments are completed on approved FNMA-FHLMC forms.
USPAP Regulations
As per USPAP regulations, it is understood that we cannot accept an appraisal assignment based on a predetermined value. Fees are based on the amount of time estimated to complete each type of report, not the final valuation. Preliminary research will be done on each subject property prior to confirmation and final acceptance of an assignment. Fees contained herein are to be used as general guidelines. All fees are subject to negotiation and we reserve the right to alter or modify this schedule.
